Why luxurious? We have been busy manufacturing plastic tanks since 1996, thanks to which we have had ample opportunity to various technologies for welding plastic and plastic polypropylene panels. Using the experience we have gained, we now have the best quality suppliers of plastic panels, which are best suited for our swimming pools and ensure the highest quality together with the longest life expectancy.
Also in terms of welding technology, thanks to our HERZ automatic welding machine, we are at the absolute cutting edge and these daysnbsp;welds are practically invisible on our swimming pools. This is because their execution and smoothness match the quality of the plastic panels themselves and create a continuous material whole, without any gaps, grooves or unevenness. In particular, all internal corner welds are aesthetically so perfect that under water the swimming pool bodywork looks as though it was created from a single form. This enables us to guarantee the water-tightness of our pools for ten long years!

Plastic swimming pools, when compared with pools made from other materials allow the possibility to create various shapes, from circular and oval, to square and rectangular as well as all kinds of unique shapes to suit the wishes of the customer. Neither are you limited by the shape and positioning of the pool steps, everything can be adapted to suit your exact requirements. Another advantage is that achieving construction readiness is relatively simple, as is installing the pool itself. Materials
We manufacture our plastic swimming pools from environmentally friendly and non-toxic polypropylene in thicknesses of 5 or 8 mm (steps 8 mm) with UV stabiliser against solar radiation. Following a number of unsatisfactory experience with different manufacturers, from 2007 we began to exclusively use materials from the German company Simona – Europe’s number one for quality. In general, thelifetime of a plastic swimming pool is from 25-30 years, which is dependent primarily on the overall level of care for the pool, on the use of chemicals, covering the pool, etc.
When compared to swimming pools made from other materials, polypropylene pools have and excellent price to quality ratio. Another advantage of such pools is the opportunity to create the pool bodywork or steps in any shape whatsoever. The construction aspects of installing the pool are likewise relatively inexpensive.
Technology
We manufacture the bodywork of our swimming pools from plastic using the latest welding methods(Leister hot-air welding tools, Leister and Herz extruders, the HERZ 4000 CNC butt welding machine), which guarantee virtually 100% solidity a 100% watertightness for any swimming pool construction. We are holders of the certificates ‘European Plastics Welder’“ and ‘Plastics Welding Engineer’.
Manufacture
We manufacture plastic swimming pools of dimensions up to 4.5x10m at our workshop; bigger pools are manufactured at the customer’s premises. The pool is placed into the ground onto a concrete slab (in the majority of cases by crane) and once insulated and the reinforcing framework fitted, is concreted into place according to the manual. Only circular swimming pools may be above ground or partially concreted.
